Local birds and other specialities:
-
The storm this weekend has broken lots of branches from the trees. The
waterlevel of the river is rising and the first meadows are flooded. Large
groups of Black-headed Gulls, Lapwings, three White Storks and hundreds
of starlings were feeding on the edges of these flooded meadows.
-
Local birds: Bullfinch, Coal Tits, Sparrowhawk, Buzzard, Gadwalls, Water
Pipit and a Peregrine. The last one was sitting on the powerline near the
river, 600 meters SW from my countingpoint.
