Local birds and other specialities:
  • Nice weather in the beginning, but at the end, it started to rain;
  • Between the Greylag Geese I saw one Barnacle Goose and some White-fronted Geese;
  • Early in the morning, two large bats were flying around;
  • 20 Goldfinches were foraging in the thistles; in the bushes I heard an alarming Blackcap;
  • There was a lot of Chaffinch-migration this morning.

    Strong migration of Chaffinches this morning. It stopped as soon as it started to rain.
