Local
birds and other specialities:
- Three early Smews past by, following the river and turning to SE to follow the canal.
- Good migration of Geese this morning and hundreds of Black-headed Gulls were migrating, folowing the river. We don't write this species on paper because the hundreds of local Gulls make it difficult to separate migration from local movements.
- The waterlevel of the IJssel stopped rising, hundreds of Greylag Geese were foraging on the wet meadows.
- Other local birds: Bullfinch, White Stork, Kingfisher, Green Woodpecker.
