Local birds and other specialities:

Big Suprise! : The
Ruddy Shelduck, which I hadn't seen since 31 july turned up again, not
only mated but also with five juveniles, flying around for a while and
then landing. So now there are seven.

Other locals: Black Redstart, Bullfinches, Kestrel, 2 Goshawks, Sparrowhawk...etc.
