Local birds and other specialities:
-
Today again a small group of Coal Tits in the alders of the decoy behind
my back. Other tits wandering here were Blue-, Willow- and Great Tits.
I heard the Kingfisher, a Goshawk and Bullfinches calling in the decoy.
In the ditches: Coots, fishing Grey Herons, Mute Swans, Egyptian Geese,
Teal, Gadwalls and Water Rails. On the Meadows: Lapwings, Starlings, Snipes
and the Ruddy Shelduck.
