Note:
-
Foggy weather this morning.
Local birds and other specialities:
-
In august 1997, a couple op Ruddy Shelducks turned up at the observationpoint
but from september on, there was only one individual left. The next year
1998, the male Ruddy Shelduck was still present and was mated with an Egyptian
Goose. They had no young. This year I saw the Ruddy Shelduck again for
the first time on 27th of August. This male seemded to be unmated. But
today, he turned up with an second individual, so who knows what will follow....
-
Other birds; Water Rail 2, Teal 3, not so much special today.
